DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — A person has been indicted in the murder of a woman on Troy Street final month.
The Montgomery County Grand Jury indicted William Pointer, 46, on seven counts:
- Two counts of Murder
- Two counts of Felonious Assault
- One rely of Tampering with Proof
- One rely of Having Weapons Whereas Underneath Incapacity [prior drug conviction]
- One rely of Having Weapons Whereas Underneath Incapacity [prior offense of violence]
On March 25, Dayton Police discovered Jamie Guadagno, 26, on the sidewalk in the 600 block of Troy Street. She was taken to the hospital with gunshot wounds to the throat and higher chest however died.
Police used witness statements and surveillance video to establish a suspect.
