Dayton police seek public help in hit-and-run vehicle search

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Dayton Police Division detectives are asking for the public’s help in discovering a vehicle allegedly used in a hit-and-run final weekend.

In response to officers, on Sunday, July 13, at roughly 7:10 p.m., an individual was hit as they have been crossing Cornell Drive at Catalpa Drive by a black Ford F-150 heading west on Cornell Drive.

Officers said the Ford fled after the crash, nonetheless going west. It was hauling a trailer with a yellow zero-turn Hustler mower on it.

The particular person hit was hospitalized.
