DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — The Dayton Police Division is investigating after a CT scan revealed a affected person to have a gunshot wound.
Officers had been first dispatched to the 2200 block of Hepburn Avenue on June 23, to help medics with an intoxicated male who had a laceration on his head.
After being transported to the hospital, medical officers carried out a CT scan on the affected person. It was then revealed the person has suffered a gunshot wound to the pinnacle.
The person stays hospitalized in life-threatening situation, as of Wednesday, June 25.
DPD murder detectives are actively investigating this incident.
